Sales & Marketing Administrator

Summary of the Role

The Sales & Marketing Administrator supports the sales function by handling the administrative tasks associated with this department, as well as coordinating any marketing initiatives and developing related sales/marketing materials.

Responsibilities/daily tasks:

  • Monitors and coordinates the daily status report and maintains the dashboard
  • Participates in the daily scrum and assists with resource planning
  • Prepares and maintains project plans and timelines for proposal development and pitch presentations
  • Provides recaps and action plans after meetings
  • Assists with pitch preparation (printing, shipping, cross department coordination)
  • Fulfills the department’s administrative tasks including project setup, delivery, closing, maintaining files, contracts, archiving, etc.
  • Supports the development of client proposals in collaboration with the team members
  • Provides ongoing support for stakeholder management and communication
  • Coordinates and supports sales and marketing initiatives by contributing to the development of materials and events
  • Collaborates with stakeholders regarding contractual paperwork including financial aspects


  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Life Sciences, or in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Languages: English, French (basic)
  • Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project(asset)
  • Enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Team oriented and autonomous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
